PHYSICIANS AND MEDICAL AIDES: If you are a medical doctor or support worker and have a question about your patient or a therapy protocol you may e-mail us using the form below. Please be sure to include your patients name and date of birth, in addition to your phone number, fax number and e-mail address. With your patient's authorization, we will be happy to send you a copy of his/her cancer nutrition and lifestyle protocol.
